One day I was sitting at the house and was praying and meditating on the word. I was asking God what should I do and how should I do it. I was frustrated because I was trying to work but I had little to no energy left. As I sat there, I heard him say, “Trinity, talk to the little you” and that’s when I knew.

Dear little you, isn’t just a place where I find I can write. It’s a place where I can discuss issues, real issues that I may have struggled with or currently am. I am a mother of two, a wife and a writer who is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.
